My coworkers and I loved it. The atmosphere was clean and fun with the blue lighting. We ordered a lot. I wish I could remember it all. It was all delicious! Already planning the next visit!

Not sure if the waiter was new or not but he was very giddy had a great sense of humor (always great to experience) the food was delicious if you are looking for flavor try the seasoned meats otherwise they come pretty bland but you get all the fixings to experiment and try out as well (sauces and sides). Lots of fun, great energy, elegant feel. No alcohol at the moment but hopefully that changes soon. Curiosity got the best of me on the rice sticks its an acquired taste and texture but fun to try for my first time )

Wonderful service and food. The manager James is outstanding...explained the menu and helped make our first experience amazing. We had kimchi fried rice, pork and beef belly, short ribs and honey chicken! Our server was Ryan and I want to personally give him 10 stars! Helpful, sweet, and gave delicious recommendations. We will be back over and over again. Love the music and atmosphere, this would be a fun date spot for sure!

Such a great time, all of their meats were marinated nicely and super flavorful. The K spicy Sauce is delicious Our waiter was great, I don't remember his name but he had curly hair and glasses. He did a great job embarrassing my boyfriend on his birthday. Definitely a must if you love Korean BBQ!

Was scared to try, never been, but for sure would go again!!! They explained everything so perfectly for us to understand. Food was absolutely delicious! Rice cakes! Amazing!!! A must try! Very well worth the price! Didn’t take more photos, too busy eating and having a great time! Service was the best of the best!!!

I had such a great experience today! Our waitress, Janie, was training a new staff member, and they both did an amazing job. The new worker, Michael, was friendly and really eager to do a good job. Even though they were in training, everything ran smoothly. Janie was so thoughtful when she found out it was my birthday. We were finished eating when she went out of her way and came back shortly with hotteok, ice cream and a lit candle! It was such a sweet gesture and totally made my day. The rest of the staff was great too. Everyone worked together so well and created such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the birthday dessert topped it off. Definitely a memorable birthday and visit! Great food and great vibes all around!

High Quality All Around We love Gen and are so glad they built one in Arlington! Cost: We upgraded our meals to “Premium” which added an additional 20 to our meal, that was already 29.99 ea. It’s not cheap, but you’re paying for all you can eat. We thought it was worth it for the Premium Wagu, Premium Center Cut Marinated Short Rib, and Premium Marinated Long Bone Short Rib Steak. Dining Space: We went around 5:30pm and were seated right away, but it did start filling up by the time we were leaving. The space was very clean. Service: Our waiter was very attentive and changed our grill several times. We did notice our waiter turned up our grill to the highest setting, so we turned it down a bit so our grill wouldn’t get so hot.

My friend and I came to this place because of a recommendation online. We have never been to a KBBQ place before, so we were a little afraid of what we were getting into. However, we have an AMAZING, kind server! His name was Ken, and I honestly believe he was the best server we've ever had! He was so helpful in getting us started with picking out different types of meat and showing us how to cook them. He deserves a raise! We made his life a little harder, but he showed nothing but kindness to us! The food was amazing, and I believe there's something for everyone. I recommend coming to this place and asking for Ken. I promise you won't regret it!
